The Foundation Series

A Beginner Ballroom Program

If you’ve always wanted to learn ballroom dancing but didn’t know where to start — this is where you begin.

The Foundation Series is a structured six-lesson program designed specifically for adults who are new to dance. Over the course of 60 days, you’ll learn two foundational ballroom dances in a guided, supportive, and professional environment.

No experience required. No partner required.

Just a clear starting point.

(1) What You’ll Learn

Choose two dances from the following beginner-friendly styles:

  • Waltz

  • Foxtrot

  • East Coast Swing

  • Cha-Cha

  • Rumba

  • Merengue

These dances are selected for their social versatility and approachable learning curve.

(3) How the Program Works

6 Private Lessons

  • 60 days to complete

  • Daytime sessions (before 3 PM)

  • $395 total investment

Each lesson builds upon the previous one. By the end of the program, you’ll feel comfortable dancing two complete styles with confidence and flow.

(5) Limited Monthly Enrollment

To maintain a focused and personalized experience, we open only 2–3 Foundation Series spots per month for new students.

Once those spots are filled, enrollment closes until the following month.

(7) Ready to Begin

If you’re ready to take your first step into ballroom dancing, reserve one of this month’s Foundation Series spots today.

(2) Understanding the Purpose

You’ll build:

  • Proper posture and frame

  • Rhythm and timing

  • Lead and follow fundamentals

  • Confidence moving on a social dance floor

  • Smooth transitions between patterns

This is not random instruction — it’s a step-by-step curriculum.

(4) Who This Program is For

The Foundation Series is ideal for:

  • Adults new to ballroom dancing

  • Retired or flexible daytime schedules

  • Individuals looking for a creative, low-impact activity

  • Those wanting structured instruction rather than drop-in lessons

This program is intentionally designed as an introduction to ballroom fundamentals.

It is not intended for wedding choreography, competition training, or advanced technique development.

(6) After the Foundation

Many students choose to continue their dance journey after completing the Foundation Series.

Graduates may transition into 4- or 8-lesson progression packages to refine technique, expand their dance repertoire, and continue building confidence.

There is no obligation to continue — but the option is available.
