About the Dances
Latin Ballroom
Latin dance is a general label, and a term in partner dance competition jargon. The category of Latin dances in the international dancesport competitions consists of the cha-cha-cha, rumba, samba, paso doble, and also the jive of United States origin.

Traditional Ballroom
Ballroom dance is a set of partner dances, which are enjoyed both socially and competitively around the world. In our class students learn waltz, tango, viennese waltz, foxtrot, quickstep.
Swing
Swing dance is a group of dances that developed with the swing style of jazz music in the 1920s–1940s, with the origins of each dance predating the popular “swing era”. During the swing era, there were hundreds of styles of swing dancing, but those that have survived beyond that era include: Lindy Hop, Balboa, Collegiate Shag, and Charleston. Today, the most well-known of these dances is the Lindy Hop.
Club Latin
Club Latin dances like Salsa, Bachata, and Merengue are lively, social, and full of energy. These partner styles are staples at Latin dance nights, known for their infectious rhythms and welcoming atmosphere.
You don’t need a partner to start—it's common to switch and meet new people while dancing. Whether you're drawn to Salsa’s quick footwork, Bachata’s smooth connection, or Merengue’s easygoing rhythm, you’ll build confidence, musicality, and have a blast doing it.
