Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed lessons or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of that lesson. Clients may reschedule once per 5-lesson package or twice per 10-lesson package; additional reschedule requests beyond that limit will also forfeit a lesson. Thank you for your cooperation and commitment. Non-refundable.
