Cancellation Policy

**Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons missed or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of that lesson, as that time has been specifically reserved for you. Each 5-lesson package includes one reschedule, and each 10-lesson package includes two reschedules; additional reschedule requests beyond that limit will also forfeit a lesson. For packages purchased on or after July 18, 2025, expiration dates will apply to encourage steady progress: 5-lesson packages are valid for 60 days from the date of the first scheduled lesson, and 10-lesson packages are valid for 120 days from the date of the first scheduled lesson. These timelines are designed to ensure your consistent growth and steady development in your dancing. Lessons not used by the expiration date will be forfeited. While flexibility is sometimes possible in cases of illness, travel, or emergencies, any exceptions are granted solely at the instructor’s discretion. All packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable. Thank you for your cooperation, understanding, and commitment to your dance journey.**
