Service Description
Pre-paid private lessons are reserved for clients who have already purchased a lesson package and are scheduling sessions included in that package.
Cancellation Policy
Pre-paid booking is available only for clients who have already purchased a lesson package and are scheduling their 45-minute private sessions. Lesson times are reserved once scheduled. Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 6 hours’ notice. Lessons cancelled or rescheduled within 6 hours of the scheduled lesson time, or missed without notice, will be deducted from the lesson package, as that time has been reserved for you. Each client is granted one late cancellation waiver as a courtesy. After the courtesy waiver has been used, any additional late cancellations will count as a lesson.
