Celebrate five years of summer fun at our 5th Annual Hot Summer Nights Ballroom Social! Perfect for absolute beginners and experienced dancers alike. We will kick off the night with a beginner-friendly Foxtrot lesson taught by pro instructor Chris Williams from 6:30 PM to 7:15 PM to get everyone moving, followed by a fun, lively open dance floor featuring a mix of Latin, Ballroom, and Line-Dancing until 8:30 PM, alongside special showcase dance performances featured throughout the evening. Admission is just $12.50 per person, and we kindly ask that you book online so we can keep check-in simple and get you straight to the dance floor when you arrive! Disclaimer & Terms of Participation This agreement applies to all services provided by Lake Jackson Ballroom Dancing (LJBD) and/or Chris Williams Dance Studio (CWDS) at the Lake Jackson Parks and Recreation Center. LJBD/CWDS is owned and operated by Chris Williams (91 Lake Road, Lake Jackson, TX 77566). By purchasing a ticket and participating, you agree to the following terms: Medical Clearance: LJBD/CWDS is not a medical professional. You are strongly advised to consult a physician before participating. You warrant that you are in good physical condition and capable of safely engaging in physical dance activity. Liability Waiver: You acknowledge that dance involves physical exertion and inherent risks of injury (including muscular, skeletal, or severe bodily injury). You voluntarily assume all risks and explicitly release LJBD/CWDS, Chris Williams, and all associated employees, contractors, or agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from your participation. Imagery Consent: Photos and videos may be taken during this event for promotional, social media, and website use. Participation implies your unrestricted permission for LJBD/CWDS to utilize your likeness in digital, print, and video formats. If you object to the use of your imagery, you must explicitly notify the instructor before the event begins.
