Cancellation Policy
Single private lessons are 45-minute private sessions scheduled for a specific time and are intended to be used as booked. Single private lessons are non-refundable.
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 6 hours’ notice. Lessons cancelled or rescheduled within 6 hours of the scheduled lesson time, or missed without notice, will be forfeited.
Each client is allowed one late cancellation waiver, which may be used to reschedule a single private lesson one time.
