Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (Effective 10/13/2023) • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pre-paid private lesson. • Failure to cancel with 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the loss of one lesson from your package. Rescheduling Policy: • You may reschedule once per 5-lesson package or twice per 10-lesson package. • All rescheduling must also be done at least 24 hours in advance of the lesson time. • Exceeding the reschedule limit will result in the forfeiture of one lesson per additional reschedule request.
